The staff

Dirty.... Sheets and towels were grey and stained The rate / cost did not match my expectations or star ratings make up the room only between 12-6 pm - so no afternoon room use,

Clean and Serene. nice view and great ambience… nice view and outdoor decor. Nice breakfast!

Bit secluded from amenities

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - great variety of fresh food. I liked the pool area and the friendly reception staff. The overall experience was good, and we were able to check in early. The massage at the spa was amazing, and the staff are playful and have a great sense of humor.

The staff serving beverages were rude. Others in the building were slamming doors in the early hours of the morning. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable as they were too high. The number of sun beds around the pool was not enough compared to the number of guests in the resort, and we often had to wait for a space to sit around the pool.

Shuttle to Ao Nang Beach, because you cant do much in the resort or surrounding. Ferry to Railay Beach in 4min walk.

Restaurant Staff was lazy and unmotivated. Food was okish, but small for big price tag. And then they charge 10% service fee extra on top. For a lazy service ?? maybe the force the tips because they know otherwise they wont get any. Beach and Ocean is useless, you cant go swimming there. Just rocks.

No halal food was available and the few halal dishes were very expensive, and no beach was accessible.

Wifi could be better. The free shuttle to Ao Nang was very busy. Facility is next to a busy road.

The entire resort was exceptional. I personally am a landscape engineer and I could see the effort in building something this beautiful.

Service from the staff. They were rude in general, no smiles, didn't feel much like a welcome. I requested a clean room but I was ignored. My room has incest built homes which is unhygienic. Pillow on sofa was torn, filth marks on walls, tv wasn't working.Moreover I booked a sea facing room which I paid for but the reception inform they do not have anything available. Why should I adjust to their needs. It's a ripper and I advise other travellers to be very cautious about this resort.They charged me additional for room service. I am on vacation I deserve a room service. If I wanted to go myself downstairs to eat food I would rather stay in my home.

Easy to get to the beach and a shuttle to all amenities locally

We enjoyed being further out of the main hub of Krabi. The hotel shuttle runs daily every 2 hours and drops you off close enough to shops and restaurants that you don’t need a taxi or Grab. We liked the beach front restaurant and poolside. The property has a ton of beautiful flowers and plant throughout. We found the restaurant staff, the house keeping and the shuttle drivers to be amazing people! Unfortunately the front desk staff were not as friendly, welcoming or helpful.

The beds were very hard, which made a stiff back in the mornings. The rooms could use a glow up with new paint and proper locks on the doors. We found the pools to beautiful, but as we were swimming we noticed lots of slim and funky built up on the pool walls, as well as the chemicals weren’t balanced properly. A bit more TLC on the pools would be huge, as we didn’t want to swim once we realized how unsanitary they were. The two for one happy hour deal also only applies to alcoholic drinks and not mocktails. When parents are having poolside cocktails it’s nice to include the kids with mocktails but not when they are more expensive.

Poor service, staff inefficient, irrespective of room category there is no storage facilities available which is very ridiculous

Not a swimmable beach

Not much considering the price and the 4 stars. The room was old surly needed a refresh, the mattress had its years of service. I've been served spoiled food (grilled squid), I asked for a non-seasoned soup for my 1 year old son but they just served me the normal version. The food a la carte was definitely not up to standard for a 4 stars hitel.The manager of the hotel was very impolite, not helpful and incapable of remedying her own and her colleagues' mistakes. To get a tax invoice of my staying had to call booking to help me to remind the management that it was their duty (by contract) to provide the tax invoice to the guest when requested. The breakfast was not filled up at 8:30 in the morning, items were missing.

I'm not used to complaining as I've been working in hospitality for nearly 20 years, I understand but what happened here was way too much. Especially if we consider this is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. I've been in 3 stars way better. Maybe 2 stars as well. Attention to detail is for sure something they care about

Great beachfront location. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was amazing and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

The decoration is a mix of different styles which I think could improve.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard. The power was out two times during our four day stay. The housekeeping staff only came once during our four day stay

Bathroom not flushing properly, switch rooms same issue, requested toilet paper and never arrived.

Location is peaceful, about 110 THB away from AoNang in Grab. Resort also has free shuttles to n from AoNang. Very nice for people who want calmness. The low tide opens up a way to the nearby mangrove island with few trees. Good for a walk. Pools are nice, ocean view villa was super nice, very spacious. Remarkable happy hour offer. Breakfast could have been a little better though.

The staff were a little less communicative/cordial towards us, specially those around the pool and bar area. Waiting time just to place order in the bar beside pool was awful. Those in restaurant were pretty cordial. However we didn’t face any problem overall.

I like the food at the resturant specifically the breakfast was so tastety, the place was spacious, and comfy....

I did not the staff at the reception were not polite enough to fulfill the need of the customer all they care was the money and the location of the place in the middle of nowhere plus the villa itself was close as a hunger was not orginse to call it villa outside was so extremely basic

I loved the property. It’s very inviting, open and lots of places to hang or chill while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Honestly we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and amazing in every way. Breakfast had plenty of choices and all was very good. Loved the welcome fruit and juice, what a great touch as you arrive. Thanks you for such a lovely stay. They have a shuttle to take you into town which was a bonus!!! As part of your stay you get water everyday. Also make time to go get a massage, the ladies did a fantastic job, definitely book.

I wish they would give you more cookies in the room haha. Soap for washing hands in bathroom. Besides that all was wonderful.
